1. Coaching Services

Vital Within provides wellness coaching services designed to support lifestyle improvement, gut health education, stress management, and holistic well-being.

Coaching services are educational and supportive in nature and are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.

2. No Medical or Therapeutic Services

Natalie Semchyshak-Korpan is not a licensed medical doctor, registered dietitian, or therapist. Coaching does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Clients are responsible for consulting qualified healthcare providers regarding any medical concerns.

3. Personal Responsibility

By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health decisions, actions, and results.

You agree to participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for outcomes resulting from lifestyle changes.

4. No Guarantees

Results vary from person to person. While the RESET Method is designed to support inflammation reduction, energy stabilization, and overall wellness, no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment terms will be clearly outlined prior to purchase of any program or service.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• All payments are final.

• Coaching services are non-refundable once sessions have begun.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.

Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, program content, and methodologies - including the RESET Method - are the intellectual property of Vital Within.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or teach this material without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vital Within and Natalie Semchyshak-Korpan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in coaching services or use of website content.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
